1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the RentsApp platform and services available at
https://rentsapp.eu (“Service”, “Platform”).
The Service is operated by:

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- — Service / Platform / RentsApp: The online SaaS application for rental property management.
- — User: A person or business using the Platform.
- — Account: A User profile within the Platform.
- — Subscription: A paid recurring plan granting access to the Platform.
- — Billing Period: The recurring payment interval.
- — Data: Any information entered by the User.
- — Provider / Administrator: WIKTOR WINIARSKI NEX DEVELOPMENT.
- — Stripe: The payment processor for online transactions.
- — Supabase: The cloud hosting/database provider.
3. Scope of Services
The Platform provides tools for property management, tenant management, rent tracking, financial logs, documents, and related features. The Provider may update or enhance the Platform while maintaining Users’ acquired rights. The Service does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
4. Account Registration
- — Users must register an Account to access the Service.
- — Users must provide accurate information.
- — Users are responsible for credential confidentiality.
- — All activity under the Account is the User’s responsibility.
- — Sharing access is prohibited unless explicitly supported.
5. Technical Requirements
To use the Service, the User must have: a stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and enabled JavaScript and cookies. The Provider is not responsible for problems caused by the User’s device or internet provider.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- — Paid features require an active Subscription.
- — Pricing is available on the Pricing page.
- — Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- — By submitting payment details, the User authorizes recurring billing.
- — Charges occur at the start of each Billing Period.
- — Failed payments may result in restricted access.
- — Invoices are delivered electronically.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- — Users may cancel anytime via Account settings.
- — Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid Billing Period.
- — Fees for ongoing or past Billing Periods are non-refundable.
- — Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Data Ownership
The User retains full ownership of all data entered into the Platform. The Provider does not claim rights to User-generated content.
9. Data Hosting
The Platform uses Supabase cloud infrastructure for hosting and database management.
All data is stored in the EU Central (Frankfurt) region.
Supabase acts as a data processor under GDPR Article 28.
10. User Responsibilities
- — Users must not upload unlawful or harmful content.
- — Users must not attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.
- — Reverse engineering or bypassing security is prohibited.
- — The Service must not be used to violate any applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All code, graphics, UI, architecture, and content of the Platform (excluding User data) are the intellectual property of the Provider. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose only.
12. Service Availability and Support
- — The Provider aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- — Maintenance windows or outages may occur.
- — Support is available at info@rentsapp.eu.
13. Liability
- — In B2B cases, total liability is limited to the total fees paid during the last 12 months.
- — The Provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
- — The Provider is not responsible for failures caused by third parties (Stripe, hosting, etc.).
- — Consumer protections applicable by law remain unaffected.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
The Provider acts as both a data controller and—where tenant information is entered—a data processor.
15. Suspension & Termination
- — The Provider may suspend or terminate an Account if Terms are violated.
- — Users may delete their Account at any time via the Platform.
- — Deleted data may not be recoverable.
16. Changes to the Terms
- — The Provider may update these Terms at any time due to legal or operational needs.
- — Updates will be published within the Platform.
- — Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Disputes with B2B Users are resolved by the competent court for the Provider’s business location.
Consumer rights remain unaffected.
